INTEGRATED MODELS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF IT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
This article explores combined models for gauging the success of business process management in IT firms during digital transformation. Today, business process automation has become commonplace in almost all sectors of the economy, including IT companies that have evolved from startups to global corporations. While digitalization opens up new horizons, it also encourages Ukrainian IT companies to more carefully select tools to analyze and optimize their processes. The impact of digital technologies on the structure and operation of these firms' business processes is examined. Since integrated effectiveness models address various facets of a company, the main metrics and tenets of these models, specific to IT companies, are identified. Key integrated models used to evaluate business process management success in IT firms are discussed. The article highlights the significance of integrated evaluation models as valuable resources for IT companies striving to refine their business processes and to remain stable and competitive amidst quick changes. Main guidelines for employing integrated models to measure business process management success in IT companies are included. The research's foundation is built on contemporary economic theory and business economics. The research uses a methodical process, specifically: logical generalization, synthesis, analysis and comparison, an integrated approach, and system analysis. Implementing integrated evaluation models will assist IT companies in streamlining business procedures, boosting financial results, and ensuring long-term growth amidst continuous changes. These integrated assessment models enable enterprises to pinpoint the most effective strategies and operations, while also fostering innovation and the creation of new technological solutions; moreover, they allow for a more accurate measurement of customer satisfaction, directly impacting an IT company's loyalty, reputation, and profitability. It is stated that the use of evaluation models integrated into digital transformation provides IT enterprises with the opportunity to effectively monitor changes and adjust strategies in accordance with the results obtained.
