FORMATION OF A FINANCIAL MODEL OF AN ENTERPRISE'S INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY
Abstract
The article highlights the results of the justification of the theoretical and methodological principles for designing the architecture of financial support for the innovative activity of an enterprise, establishes the main components and describes the key stages of the formation of its financial model. It is determined that the scope of application of financial models is currently used both to confirm theoretical provisions and to substantiate various managerial financial decisions. The most widespread from the point of view of modern practice idea of the content of the financial model is formulated and its author's interpretation is revealed in the context of managing the resource support of innovative activity. The determinism of the financial model to the business model of the innovative activity of an enterprise is established. It is indicated that financial support is associated with the formation and use of financial resources and is the main condition for the implementation of investment activities. The content of the development of the financial model of the innovative activity of an enterprise is disclosed as a certain organizational and economic process that has its own internal logic and includes several sequential, interconnected and mutually conditioned stages. The content and components of the stages are characterized: determining the goal and objectives of financial support for innovative activity; research and consideration of factors influencing the choice of forms and methods of financing; determination of individual areas of financial support for innovative activity; development of a program for the formation and use of financial resources in individual areas of innovative activity; determination of the volumes and sources of financial resources in individual areas of innovative activity; optimization of the structure of sources of financing for innovative activity; verification and adjustment of the financial model. The importance of using specialized information technologies for designing and using the financial model of the enterprise's innovative activity is argued.
