WAYS OF DEVELOPING HUMAN POTENTIAL IN UKRAINE IN THE POST-WAR CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article examines key aspects of the restoration and development of human potential in the post-war recovery period. The challenges facing the country are analyzed, including demographic changes, mass migration, destruction of educational and scientific infrastructure, as well as the negative psychological consequences of the war. The article examines the ways of developing human potential in Ukraine in the post-war situation, taking into account the challenges and opportunities facing the country. The main attention is paid to strategic areas of human potential development. Among them are the reintegration of internally displaced persons and migrants, the restoration of the education and vocational training system, the development of digital skills and an innovative economy. The research methodology is based on the use of systemic and comparative analysis, methods of sociological surveys, statistical analysis and forecasting. An interdisciplinary approach is applied, covering economic, social and managerial aspects of human potential development. Special emphasis is placed on the role of international support, state rehabilitation programs and adaptation of citizens to new conditions. The article substantiates the need for reforms in the fields of education, healthcare and employment, as well as creating conditions for attracting investments in human potential. It is proved that effective policies in these areas will contribute to the sustainable development of the country and its integration into the global economic space. This process requires a systemic approach to policy at all levels, as well as the active participation of civil society and international partners. The emphasis is placed on the importance of creating a sustainable policy that takes into account the specifics of post-war reconstruction, ensures flexibility and adaptation to the rapidly changing conditions of a globalized world.
