IMPROVEMENT OF THE ANTI-CRISIS STRATEGY OF PJSC «ZKZ» IN THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY
Abstract
Developing an anti-crisis strategy for an enterprise to conduct economic activities in the context of a large-scale economic crisis against the backdrop of russia's military aggression against Ukraine is an urgent and important task, the implementation of which is the key to economic survival and ensuring the financial and economic security of the business entity. The research used methods of economic and financial analysis, analysis of external factors, modeling and generalization methods. It was determined that PJSC "Zaporizhzhia Cable Plant" is an enterprise that operates in conditions of fierce competition. An enterprise has strengths and weaknesses, problematic aspects of development that hinder it and reduce the overall effectiveness of its activities. o increase the efficiency of export activities of PJSC "Zaporizhzhia Cable Plant" within the framework of the implementation of the export strategy, it is proposed to implement the following areas of development: optimization of production activities, commodity and geographical diversification of exports, participation in global integration processes. An algorithm for the process of organizing export activities of PJSC "ZKZ" has been developed in order to manage the efficiency of financial and economic activities. In addition to the above measures, special attention should be paid to: assessing risks and forming an enterprise security system to reduce threats in foreign economic activity; improving methods for developing business plans that ensure effective strategic planning; finding new ways to attract foreign investment to finance innovative projects and expand production. The implementation of the proposed measures will allow the enterprise to strengthen its positions in the international market, expand its export potential, increase the efficiency of financial and economic management, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise in conditions of fierce competition in the system of financial and economic security.
