Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the application of state financial policy tools in the context of the transformation of the global economy. The essence, goals and tasks of financial policy, its role in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country are considered. Financial policy occupies a central link in the economic system relations and plays the main role in the implementation of state-wide functions. It is aimed at achieving the goals of the state with minimal costs and sufficient efficiency. This policy has independent significance and at the same time is an important means of implementing state policy in any field. The main types of financial policy instruments are analyzed, including budget, tax, monetary, investment, debt, social and customs instruments. Their impact on macroeconomic stability, investment activity and the social sphere was also investigated. Special attention is paid to the study of modern trends in the development of financial policy and other global challenges. Ways to increase the efficiency of the use of financial policy instruments in conditions of uncertainty and dynamic economic development are proposed. The effectiveness of financial instruments of state financial policy depends on the degree of mutual agreement and coordination between fiscal and monetary mechanisms. An effective state financial policy is the key to sustainable development, economic growth and social well-being. Ensuring macroeconomic stability requires strengthening the financial sector and its key components. The completeness of analytical data and its predictability, the stability of the institutional environment and the relevance of legal support create the basis for the sustainable development of the socio-economic environment and the specific position of the state in the global environment. An important strategic task of state financial resource management is macroeconomic balance, coordination of financial policy links, and efficiency of financial resource allocation. Stable development of socio-economic relations can be ensured through the use of modern regulatory methods taking into account the cyclical nature of economic fluctuations and the coordination of financial policy links.
