ESSENCE AND MODELS OF INTERCULTURAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION IN ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issues of definition and models of intercultural business communication in management. Models of intercultural business communication are analyzed and systematized. World experience of intercultural communication in business is studied. The application of intercultural communication models to improve the performance of the organization is analyzed. The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the role of models of intercultural business communication. It is studied that models of intercultural business communication are important aspects that allow organizations to work effectively and adapt to changing conditions. The models of intercultural business communication help to identify weaknesses, which makes it possible to improve these aspects. Thanks to models of intercultural business communication, it is possible to develop new approaches to the organization of work, to implement more effective management strategies.The study confirmed that the significance of models of intercultural business communication lies in the fact that they help organizations to be more effective, strategically oriented, flexible and adaptive to changes. Intercultural business communication in administrative management is a critically important aspect for the success of international companies and organizations operating in a globalized environment. It involves effective communication and interaction between managers and employees from different cultural backgrounds, which is important for work organization, decision-making, motivation, and personnel management.
