FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT DECISION-MAKING, THEIR ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

This article delves into the intricacies of managerial decision-making within the context of rapid digital transformation, proposing an original approach to evaluate their effectiveness. Given the increasing complexity and dynamism of the contemporary business landscape, traditional evaluation methods are proving inadequate. Therefore, this study develops a novel model that integrates both qualitative and quantitative indicators, providing a more comprehensive and objective assessment of managerial performance. Particular emphasis is placed on the utilization of cutting-edge technologies, specifically neural networks, to forecast the outcomes of managerial decisions. This not only enables the evaluation of decisions already implemented but also facilitates the simulation of potential results before their execution, thereby mitigating risks and enhancing efficiency. Moreover, the study explores the integration of big data analytics and machine learning algorithms, which enhance predictive capabilities and allow for more adaptive decision-making processes. By leveraging vast datasets, managers can refine their strategies in real time, responding more effectively to market fluctuations and operational challenges. The article also examines the key challenges and opportunities associated with evaluating managerial decisions in the era of digital transformation, offering practical recommendations for addressing them. Special attention is given to the ethical considerations and potential limitations of AI-driven decision-making, emphasizing the importance of human oversight and strategic alignment. The findings underscore the necessity of a balanced approach that combines technological innovation with managerial expertise. The developed model is applicable across various industries and organizations, contributing to the improvement of managerial decision quality and the attainment of strategic objectives. By fostering a more data-driven and forward-thinking approach to decision-making, this study provides valuable insights for business leaders, policymakers, and researchers seeking to navigate the complexities of the digital age.
