EFFECTIVENESS OF MOTIVATION STRATEGIES FOR REMOTE TEAMS
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate effective motivational strategies for remote teams, taking into account current trends in the Ukrainian labor market. Research on this topic is timely and important, as it helps to form optimal approaches to managing remote teams, ensuring high efficiency in conditions of flexible schedules and digital technologies. The research used methods of literature analysis and scientific publications (study of modern research in the field of personnel motivation, remote work and team management), comparative analysis (comparison of various motivational strategies used in remote teams and assessment of their effectiveness), generalization (systematization of the obtained data to determine optimal approaches to motivation). The article examines the effectiveness of motivational strategies for remote teams in the conditions of the digital economy and transformational changes in the Ukrainian labor market. Modern approaches to employee motivation that combine material and intangible factors are analyzed. A typical content of a company's motivational strategy is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the flexibility of the workflow, the balance between independent time planning and meeting deadlines. The role of the mandatory availability period in team coordination and productivity support is determined. A mechanism for managing the workflow of remote teams is proposed. Technological tools for motivation management and practices for maintaining employee engagement are considered. Recommendations are offered for the optimal combination of motivational methods that contribute to increasing the efficiency of remote collaboration. The main practical value of the article lies in the proposed methods for stimulating and engaging employees, approaches to work planning and effective team coordination, and tools for managing motivation in remote teams. The results of the study contribute to improving remote team management processes and help companies adapt motivational approaches to modern working conditions.
