MODIFICATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS FOR ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF A PROJECT-ORIENTED CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION
Abstract
In today’s conditions, the formation of organizational and methodological tools for its economic security is of paramount importance in the context of ensuring the activities of a project-oriented construction organization. The specific features of the development of the construction complex as a whole, the negative impact of factors of the surrounding economic environment due to the conduct of active hostilities on the territory of the state, the destabilization of the country’s economic system – in a synergistic effect require a comprehensive approach to ensuring the economic security of project-oriented construction organizations as a whole. The article analyzes the modern tools for forming vectors of strategic economic development of construction organizations in the long term, provides a list of generalized features of ensuring the economic security of project-oriented construction organizations in conditions of active hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to study the issue of reproducing the innovations of the organizational and methodological tools for ensuring the economic security of a project-oriented construction organization. The work presents a list of components of the modern organizational and methodological tools for ensuring the economic security of project-oriented construction organizations, which is formed due to the synergistic effect of the following components: planning, regulation, monitoring, stimulation. The paradigm of conceptual economic transformations creates the need for a comprehensive rethinking of the importance and significance of the role of economic security of a project-oriented construction organization in the functioning of the economic system of the state as a whole. Therefore, economic shifts in the real estate market, which are influenced by factors of both the external and internal economic environment, necessitate the search for adaptive mechanisms to ensure the comprehensive nature of transformational shifts, including in the system of reproducing innovations in organizational and methodological tools for ensuring economic security of a project-oriented construction organization.
