ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACHES AND MODELS OF DIGITALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The article examines organizational and technological approaches and models of digitalization of educational activities of higher education institutions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to take into account a systemic approach and the formation of an organizational and technological system to support the process of digitalization of educational activities. This involves the analysis and classification of categories of scientific and educational production, including scientific and educational services and scientific and educational products, in particular educational services, educational and methodological support, results of scientific research and innovative developments. The key factors influencing the processes of digital transformation of education are analyzed, in particular organizational, technological and financial aspects. Considerable attention is paid to the implementation of organizational and technological approaches and the construction of flexible structures (organizational models) of the activities of the main subsystems of a higher education institution based on the implementation of a closed chain of digital educational activities. The basic functional subsystem of a higher education institution is the educational and scientific subsystem as a synergy of educational and scientific subsystems and which is focused on the design, development and implementation of scientific and educational products and their further use in the educational process. The value of this approach lies in the selection and formation of the results of the scientific and educational subsystem for the creation and expansion of the list of scientific and educational products, which is achieved by the internal resources of the higher education institution and external divisions of scientific institutions, industrial enterprises and government bodies. The developed organizational and technological models allow us to determine the sequence of creating scientific and educational products with the possibility of a process of assessing the effectiveness of digitalization of educational activities in a closed chain of digitalization of educational activities of higher education institutions.
