TARGETED PRIORITIES AND FORMALIZED TOOLKIT FOR TRANSFORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF PARTICIPANTS OF INVESTMENT DESIGN PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical issues of theoretical substantiation and practical use of the innovative development management system of construction enterprises - participants in investment and construction projects and investment programs. The directions of improving the innovative development system, its radical transformation, the need to supplement it with key management tools, which include a network model of impact assessment, a matrix for determining the feasibility of implementing innovations, a system for stimulating innovative development, a methodology for self-assessment of the feasibility of innovative development by contracting enterprises. A model was built that describes a complex network of relationships between external and internal factors, which allowed to identify variable and complex relationships between factors of innovative development. It was found that the main factors influencing the innovative development of construction enterprises participating in an investment and construction project are the level of interest of suppliers, fashion and trends in architecture and construction, environmental regulations, geopolitical situation, the influence of professional associations and consultants, pressure from competitors, access to information about innovations, state support and regulations, the level of cooperation with subcontractors, the financial capacity of the enterprise, social and environmental trends. It was found that managing the innovative development of construction enterprises requires a multifaceted approach that addresses strategic, organizational and operational aspects of management. By combining innovative efforts with business goals, developing a culture of creativity and cooperation, implementing effective business processes and organizational systems, participants in investment and construction projects and programs can create a favorable environment for the effective implementation of innovations in order to achieve long-term success in a rapidly changing and developing market.
