INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

Today's business environment operates in a highly uncertain and risky environment. Faced with numerous challenges, businesses and economic entities need clear guidelines that can ensure their sustainability and development in an unstable socio-economic environment. Such benchmarks are effective management decisions, which are often made under conditions of uncertainty and limited information, making them important strategic tools. Management decision-making under conditions of uncertainty is accompanied by a number of risks and threats that negatively affect the level of socio-economic security of an enterprise as the basis for its stable functioning and development. Therefore, the study of innovative approaches to improving the efficiency of management decisions is relevant and extremely important. The purpose of the article is to identify the key factors that increase the efficiency of managerial decisions and to form a theoretical basis for improving the process of managerial decision-making under conditions of uncertainty, which is of an applied nature. The methodological basis of the study was formed by general scientific and special methods based on the modern scientific principles of economic and related sciences. The article uses the following methods: analysis and synthesis - to identify key aspects of the effectiveness of management decisions; modeling - to develop modern approaches to improving the effectiveness of management decisions; graphic - for visual presentation of theoretical and methodological material; abstract and logical - for theoretical generalization and drawing conclusions. The theoretical study of the main aspects of the effectiveness of management decisions under conditions of uncertainty allowed us to formulate a methodological approach to improving the quality of the management process, which consists in integrating traditional management methods with modern innovative tools. Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, and cognitive risk management, allow automating management processes, increasing transparency, reducing the influence of the human factor, and ensuring greater validity, timeliness, and therefore efficiency of the management decision. The integration of digital technologies with traditional management methods reflects innovative approaches to managing business processes that demonstrate a modern management style in the context of the development of the latest technologies.
