CIRCULATION OF INVESTMENTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INVESTMENT POLICY
Abstract
The article is devoted to the circulation of investments in the construction industry. The author discusses the evaluation of investment effectiveness, their direction, and the achievement of social and economic goals. The aim of the article is to examine the main stages of the investment cycle in the construction industry and their impact on the effectiveness of investment policy. The effectiveness of this policy determines not only the optimization of financial resource utilization but also ensures stable economic development. A key aspect is the importance of clearly defining the goals of investment policy, which allows for an effective assessment of the results of the funds spent. In the context of construction, these goals may include infrastructure development, creation of new jobs, or modernization of enterprises. The success of investment policy is determined not only by the level of economic growth but also by the positive impact on the daily lives of citizens, such as reducing unemployment and improving working conditions. The author notes that the results of investment activities depend on economic stability, transparent business regulations, and effective planning. Special attention is given to the investment cycle in the construction industry, which includes stages such as demand formation for investments, fund attraction, construction stages, and commissioning of facilities. The interaction between different market participants is described, particularly between construction companies, suppliers of materials and equipment, which ensures the effective use of financial resources. The article also emphasizes the importance of strategically oriented investments in the construction sector, highlighting their role in achieving both social and economic objectives. The author underscores that investment policy should not be viewed merely as a mechanism for attracting financial resources but as a comprehensive tool for driving sustainable economic growth, technological progress, and social stability. By ensuring the effective allocation of investments, this policy facilitates improvements in production efficiency, enhances the competitiveness of enterprises, and ultimately raises the quality of life for the population.
