NVESTMENT ASPECTS OF CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEMS
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of investment problems in the creation and development of agricultural entrepreneurship ecosystems. The main directions of their creation and development in the domestic multi-structured agricultural economy are determined. It is indicated that entities of various forms of ownership and business in agriculture may be involved in the activities of such entrepreneurial structures. General trends and problems of investing in the development of agricultural entrepreneurship and the creation of business ecosystems in unstable conditions are identified. It has been established that in practice, large agribusiness successfully creates export-oriented business ecosystems that include a wide range of participants. For these purposes, both national and foreign capital are attracted in the form of foreign direct investment and loans. Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises take a less active part in the creation and functioning of such formations due to a number of problems, in particular those related to the lack of sources of financing, inadequate conditions for the safety of entrepreneurial activity and respect for property rights, and the risks of war. The effectiveness of investments in the creation of business ecosystems is largely determined by management decisions made at the stage of developing investment projects. Of particular importance in this regard are innovations, thanks to which the products of the introduced agricultural formations become competitive in international markets. Using the example of a real investment project with complex relationships between participants, the features of the creation and functioning of entrepreneurial business systems of various forms of management in agriculture are determined. An example of the composition of participants and the most important indicators of a large investment project developed under the scientific supervision and with the participation of the author is given, and the experience of its implementation is summarized. The most important areas of investment in the development of agribusiness ecosystems are substantiated. Proposals for activating investment processes in the agricultural sector of the economy are presented.
