BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE POST-WAR DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE AND INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the urgent issue of post-war recovery and development of Ukraine's economy. The relevance of this issue is linked to historical peculiarities and inefficiencies in the overall economy and individual enterprises, as well as the lack of close and modern historical analogies of the post-war recovery of other countries. The absence of historical experience became the basis for the chosen goal of the work – to form a basic list of principles for post-war development, considering the current limitations of the state and individual enterprises with the effective achievements of social and economic sciences. The research is based on the study of the works of Ukrainian and foreign authors in terms of approaches to effective post-war development; development in general and in comparison with the historical experience of post-war development of other countries. Through induction and deduction of the obtained information, an expert method was used to form and propose a basic, inexhaustible list of principles for post-war development aimed at revolutionary transformations. The result of the study was the formation of a list of eight principles of post-war development applicable at the state level or to individual enterprises. The list is not exhaustive, but it combines principles that will allow for the transformation of the approaches of inefficient historical traditions of state management or the review of the development strategies of individual enterprises, which will help reduce operational risks and shorten post-war development periods to the level of developed countries. Another result was the systematization of modern and effective management tools, united within the listed principles, which are important in understanding the paradigm of further transformations and development. The practical result of the work is a basic list of principles for analysing and choosing further development directions. In the long term, this will increase the efficiency of state management, reduce the burden on enterprise analytical departments, and shorten decision-making time. Another consequence of the work is that it is expected to create a foundation for further development and discussions on practical tools for post-war recovery and development.
