MANAGEMENT STYLES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Scientific approaches to the choice and application of the leadership style by modern managers in the conditions of variability of the external and internal environment of the organization, contributes to the effective and efficient functioning and development of the organization, strengthens its competitiveness, allows to improve the socio-psychological climate in the organization, helps to predict and minimize crisis situations and provides optimal ways out of crisis situations in case of occurrence. Therefore, the need for the correct choice and practical application of the optimal leadership style, which meets the needs of today, the situation and the goals of modern organizations, determined the relevance of the study. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of leadership styles, factors affecting their formation, substantiation of approaches to choosing the optimal leadership style in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning under modern conditions. To achieve the goal, the following methods of scientific abstraction, analysis, systematization and generalization were used - during the determination of the essence and features of leadership styles. Applied aspects were studied using social, economic and mathematical methods, complex, comparative analysis, etc. The unique management method of the manager's influence, that is, his leadership style, is determined by the choice of management methods, which depend on the relationships in the team, the motivation of employees, their attitude to work, work productivity, accuracy of results, etc. An assessment of the management style was carried out and the style of the head of the trade enterprise was determined. The main directions to which the manager must pay attention in order to effectively use the management style under the modern conditions of the enterprise's operation are substantiated. It has been proven that in the process of managing an enterprise, it is important to use the correct proportion of different methods when using management styles, so that the best management style can be applied in accordance with the situation and the direction of economic and business activity.
