ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of formation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-food enterprises. The terminology is systematized and a number of formulations are specified, in particular the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism». The economic mechanism should be considered one of the main components of the economic mechanism of the enterprise. This combination of economic methods, appropriate forms and methods with levers of influence on the economic processes carried out in the enterprise, reveal the basic conditions of activity and their relationship within the effectiveness of management processes. Organizational and economic mechanism is the basis of the economic mechanism and shows a deep objective basis, demonstrates a set of economic and organizational-administrative methods and levers that manage organizational-technical, production-technological, financial-economic relations and processes to effectively influence the activities enterprises. The social mechanism of the enterprise includes a set of ways, methods and techniques by which the professional, household, personal and other relationships of the personnel of the enterprise are improved. The grouping of principles of formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of development of the enterprise depending on organizational and economic direction is carried out. Based on certain principles, the relevant functions of the mechanism are formulated, which provide goal setting, planning, evaluation, analysis and forecast of enterprise development, development and adoption of optimal decisions, guarantee of interaction of local mechanisms, organization and regulation, and complete control and implementation of internal and external monitoring system. environments that ensure the viability of the enterprise. The following interpretation of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise development is a set of interconnected methods, tools, means and levers, which by influencing organizational and economic processes satisfy the effective implementation of goals and objectives of enterprise development, contribute to effective changes in the latter due to factors internal and external environment.
