PANDEMIC CHANGES IN INSTITUTIONAL FORMS OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

In connection with the changes that have occurred in the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the peculiarities of the implementation of social responsibility have also arisen. Social responsibility can be an important part of global recovery. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the application of social responsibility technologies in the context of the implementation of modern entrepreneurship in the context of the global coronavirus crisis and, on this basis, to develop a concept for changing the institutional forms of social responsibility in entrepreneurial activity. The article analyzes the current state of corporate social responsibility in the world, in terms of economic and social processes associated with the global pandemic caused by COVID-19. The differences in the implementation of corporate social responsibility technologies in the current conditions of doing business are shown, the prospects for further development of corporate social responsibility are determined. The dependence of awareness on the company's social initiatives with the purchase decision is highlighted, which is an important factor in overcoming the company's crisis. The advantages of using corporate social responsibility technologies in a state of crisis are highlighted. CSR is an important tool that can allow a company to emerge from a crisis. In today's world, society is paying more and more attention to the social component of the company. This applies to both the company's customers and actual and potential employees of the company and other stakeholders. The intentions and goals of the company in the social context become not only desirable, but also mandatory. All the phenomena caused by the Covid-19 pandemic are now being felt to a greater extent in America and Europe, but it is becoming clear that Ukraine will soon also face all the challenges of today. Therefore, it is very important to draw the attention of leaders of domestic companies to such trends as inclusion, inadmissibility of any discrimination, comprehensive support for employees, the introduction of CSR technologies in everyday activities.
