PECULIARITIES OF DIAGNOSTICS OF CRISIS CONDITIONS OF THE ENTERPRISE IN PEACETIME AND IN WAR CONDITIONS

Abstract

The research paper is devoted to the issues of enterprise crisis management and diagnostics of crisis conditions. The author proves that the activities and development of an enterprise largely depend on the external and internal environment. Instability in its various manifestations requires constant diagnostics and implementation of special anti-crisis measures as a guarantee of successful functioning of enterprises. Timely recording and analysis of changes in various factors can prevent the emergence of crises. The expediency of analytical research should be determined by the owners, executives and managers of the enterprise. In today's environment, the development and application of effective methods and forms of crisis management is of particular relevance. In addition to typical market risks, Ukraine's economy faces a number of specific problems caused by an imperfect governance system, lack of a legal framework for regulating risky transactions, ineffective financial, economic and legal institutions, and a shortage of qualified crisis management professionals. This underscores the need to develop and implement an integrated crisis management system that would take into account both internal and external aspects of interaction with other economic, legal and political organizations. The results of the study suggest that the scientific field has accumulated a significant number of approaches that, from the standpoint of both science and practice, highlight the interpretive features of the category under study. Summarizing the views presented in the scientific literature, we can consider "crisis management" as an integrated system of business management. It has a universal and systematic approach focused on preventing or eliminating adverse business phenomena through the implementation of a strategic program. This program is aimed at overcoming temporary difficulties, maintaining and strengthening the company's position in any conditions, mainly at the expense of its own resources. The essence of crisis management is to create conditions to prevent smaller problems from escalating into a full-blown crisis, with an emphasis on immediate localization and neutralization of the crisis consequences to ensure the company's continued operation.
