Abstract

The article explores the concept of green business process management (GBPM) context of modern markets, where sustainable development has become a critical priority for enterprises. As ecological entrepreneurship evolves, reformatting the management of business processes emerges as a critical driver of growth within economic systems. The study analyzes key interpretations of the term "green business process management" by leading researchers in this field, highlighting essential aspects of its implementation in enterprises. This analysis highlights the multidimensional nature of the concept and its practical implications for businesses aiming to integrate environmental concerns into their operations. The study identifies critical factors driving the transformation of enterprises toward green management and underscores the significance of controlling organizational processes that motivate companies to adopt sustainable practices. The study underscores the role of organizational control in driving this transformation, highlighting the importance of effective process management systems that facilitate the adoption of green principles. It explores how aligning organizational goals with environmental priorities can create competitive advantages, enhance brand reputation, and open new market opportunities. By integrating sustainability into the core of business process management, enterprises can not only meet contemporary challenges but also lay a solid foundation for future growth in an increasingly eco-conscious global market.
