STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN OF THE ENTERPRISE ON A CREATIVE BASIS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article notes that modern enterprises are forced to make significant organizational changes, which is explained by the strengthening of the influence of digitization, global media and communication networks, the growth of opportunities for safe use of virtual space for business tasks, and, in the process of making management decisions, elements of artificial intelligence are increasingly used, which contributes to the activation of organizational and functional structuring in various enterprises and leads to the construction of new organizational designs based on the implementation of innovative structures, creative ideas and modern management methods with the active use of the latest digital technologies. The essence of the organizational design of the enterprise on a creative basis in the conditions of digitalization is clarified, its role and significance are clarified. It is emphasized that the construction of organizational design on a creative basis in the conditions of digitalization is a complex and multifaceted process. The generalization of expert conclusions, the analysis of scientific publications, and the conducted research made it possible to develop proposals for the use of creative technologies, outline problems, determine influencing factors, identify advantages, opportunities and shortcomings, in particular, it was summarized that the construction of organizational design on a creative basis in conditions of digitalization has the potential to make an enterprise more innovative and adaptive to change, but can also create challenges that require careful planning and management, and only the right balance between creativity and structure will help to maximize the advantages of this approach, while minimizing its disadvantages. The stages of building an enterprise's organizational design on a creative basis in conditions of digitalization are substantiated. It has been proven that the construction of the organizational design of the enterprise on a creative basis in the conditions of digitalization, taking into account all influential aspects, is a key element for achieving success in the conditions of modern business, which requires constant attention and the ability to adapt, as well as the implementation of creative approaches and the latest digital technologies, which will help increase the flexibility, productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise.
