Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of professional development and training of personnel in the conditions of constant transformations of organizations and companies. It was determined that professional development means the employee's acquisition of new competencies, knowledge and skills that he uses or will use in his professional activities. The main ways of using employee training to improve the employer's brand are considered. The components of corporate training at Genesis are analyzed. It is emphasized that it is important to create a culture in which every employee gets the opportunity to learn and participate in various professional development activities with the development of an individual development plan. It is important for the company, together with personnel managers, to create a culture in which every employee gets the opportunity to learn and participate in various professional development activities. Preference is given to team building trainings, where employees work as a team, improve communication and conflict management skills. Examples of employee development opportunities include online learning platforms, paid field trips to seminars, workshops, and employer-sponsored training. At the same time, the platforms should be such that it is easy for employees to log in and start training, to access information materials offline using mobile phones, tablets and other devices. Creation of paths for career development is a significant lever for staff retention. Of course, the leaders of most companies often talk about their culture. But too often they describe it as something that needs to be overcome: as an obstacle to productivity and a culture change initiative aimed at eliminating negative cultural aspects and creating new ones. These efforts prove futile; culture does not change easily and quickly, but requires development and training of employees. To increase employee retention and grow your company in the future, you need to help your employees feel valued and think carefully about employee development.
