ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of economic aspects of civil aviation development in the context of post-war reconstruction, focusing on the challenges and prospects faced by the industry. It has been determined that the revival of civil aviation plays a significant role in economic recovery and infrastructure development in countries affected by military conflicts. The main factors influencing the economic sustainability of the aviation sector have been identified, such as the importance of public investment, international aid, and private capital in restoring aviation infrastructure. The impact of globalization has been concretized, particularly its role in shaping international integration of the aviation industry and the development of transportation links between countries. It has been proven that post-war reconstruction strategies must include ecological standards and innovative technologies to support the sustainable growth of the aviation sector. In the article, special attention is devoted to the restoration of human resources, which are crucial for the sector's development. The need to train new specialists, taking into account the changes caused by war and the evolving global economic landscape, has been substantiated. Additionally, the need to improve the regulatory framework and foster international cooperation has been presented as essential to accelerating civil aviation recovery. It has been shown that well-coordinated efforts between the public and private sectors are vital for ensuring long-term success in rebuilding the aviation industry. The article has researched the key challenges and perspectives of civil aviation in the post-war period, establishing the importance of economic resilience and international collaboration. The analysis presented justifies that strategic investments and policy reforms will drive sustainable recovery in the aviation sector. These directions aim to deepen understanding of the complex challenges facing the civil aviation industry in post-war settings and to provide practical solutions for sustainable recovery and growth.
