STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION IN UKRAINE
Abstract
This research explores the strategic directions for the development of the education sector in Ukraine, focusing on enhancing human capital, modernizing educational practices, and increasing global competitiveness. It identifies key priorities, including improving the qualifications of academic personnel, developing labor market-aligned curricula, and providing psychological support for students. The research also emphasizes the importance of modernizing learning environments, expanding remote education, and fostering cooperation between educational institutions and the private sector. Additionally, the study highlights the role of international collaboration and institutional transparency in promoting innovation and long-term growth. The findings underscore the need for a comprehensive approach to education reform, aimed at improving teaching quality, inclusivity, and adaptability in response to evolving global challenges. By focusing on these strategic priorities, Ukraine's education sector can enhance its resilience, competitiveness, and contribution to national economic development.
