FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF LOGISTICS ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGES IN THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The formation of market relations in the economy has created a market environment through which streams were locked logistic transport companies (transportation) complex, which was to influence the volume and value of freight flows operating companies. Created a situation where the technology market relations as a tool to achieve business goals, detached (not seen) or can not be implemented structures directive economy, but still existing in one form or another, changing only their legal form. At the same time transportation technology economy in general directive can not be regarded as an instrument for achieving the ultimate goal of businesses. The lack of a common methodology in this area leads to the fact that the growth of the number of vehicles of all types of ownership is not the result of the estimated and actual needs are defined transport space without enhances their capacity of transportation and ignores the bandwidth and the future development of transport communications. The article examines the organizational and economic aspects of the formation of logistics enterprises in the conditions of transformational changes in the business environment in Ukraine. The impact of globalization processes, Ukraine's integration into world economic structures, as well as internal political and economic reforms on the activities of logistics enterprises is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of business models of logistics companies to new economic conditions, the use of modern technologies of supply chain management and optimization of resources. The results of the study emphasize the need for the introduction of innovative approaches to the management of logistics processes and the formation of strategies aimed at increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the period of market instability.
