Abstract

The article details the management of changes in the organizations of Ukraine in the minds of the military, emphasizing the importance of rapid and effective adaptation to extreme conditions. At the start of the war, Ukrainian businesses faced unprecedented pressures that prompted them to rethink traditional approaches to management and introduce new strategies to secure their livelihoods. i. The article considers the main approaches, such as better planning, crisis management, strengthening internal and external communications, as well as support for personnel who are stuck in the minds of high insignificance. While respect is attached to the role of leadership in crisis situations, effective leadership is the most important factor in the ability of an organization to survive or successfully transform. The authors of the article analyze how a systematic approach to change management, which includes the reorganization of business processes, the introduction of new technologies and innovation, can save the competitiveness of companies now Such clever minds exist. Significant respect is attached to resource management, which instills special importance in minds between possibilities and instability. The importance of effective communication both within the organization and with external partners is emphasized, which is a key factor in ensuring the strength and flexibility of the organization. The summary of the article emphasizes that the structure of the organization before adaptation in the minds of the military will lie among a number of factors, among which the most important are leadership, the capacity to innovate and quickly respond to mini in the outer middle. The authors suggest that for Ukrainian organizations the key tasks are not just to survive, but also to actively overcome crises as an opportunity for change, which in the future can ensure their rapid development and growth. The article also examines the specifics of the integration of new technologies and innovation in the change management process, highlighting its importance in maintaining organizational stability. Evidence confirms that pre-adaptation, effective communication and strong leadership are essential to the successful response to the demands of war.
