THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE FORMATION OF MODERN ENVIRONMENTALLY-ORIENTED WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Abstract
The article examines theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of modern ecologically oriented waste management systems. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of modern ecologically oriented waste management systems, as a result of the development of systems theory. It has been proven that an ecologically oriented waste management system becomes the central subsystem of the management system, while the functioning of all other subsystems is based on the principles of rational nature management and environmental protection development of an effective ecologically oriented waste management system. The article highlights the peculiarities, modern realities and prospects for the development of ecologically oriented waste management systems, as well as the global practice of solving these problems and the necessary prerequisites for the adaptation of international experience to domestic practice.
