Abstract

The article examines current trends in applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools in international human resource management. The study analyzes the advantages and challenges of implementing AI in HR processes, particularly in recruitment automation, performance evaluation, personnel training, and reward management. The ethical aspects of using AI in personnel management are also considered. The critical areas of AI application in HR are identified based on an analysis of scientific publications and practical cases from leading international companies such as Unilever, IBM, Hilton, Cisco, and Microsoft. The research reveals that implementing AI technologies contributes to increasing the efficiency of HR processes, improving employee experience, and optimizing decision-making. The article highlights several successful AI implementations in HR. Unilever's AI-based graduate recruitment system has reduced hiring costs and time while increasing candidate diversity. IBM's AI tools provide personalized recommendations for skill development and career progression. Hilton uses generative AI for interactive employee training, while Cisco employs AI to enhance the recruitment of passive candidates. Microsoft's AI solutions have significantly improved HR productivity and employee satisfaction. The study also addresses the ethical considerations and challenges associated with AI in HR, including data privacy, algorithm bias, and the need for transparency in AI-driven decision-making. The importance of a human-centric approach to AI implementation is emphasized, as demonstrated by Microsoft's ethical AI principles. The research findings suggest that AI technologies in HR contribute to more efficient and personalized processes, from recruitment to employee development. However, successful implementation requires significant investments in infrastructure, staff training, and careful consideration of ethical implications. The article concludes by outlining prospects for further development of AI in human resource management, emphasizing the need for continued research on the long-term impacts of AI on workplace dynamics and organizational culture. It also stresses the importance of balancing technological advancements with human factors in HR management.
