ACCEPTANCE OF BUSINESS AND MANAGERIAL DECISION-MAKING IN UKRAINE UNDER WAR THROUGH INFORMATION VISUALIZATION
Abstract
The article examines the effectiveness of business and managerial decision-making in Ukraine under martial law, and also analyzes the influence of software products for information visualization as a tool for improving the situation with this issue. This article specifies the concepts of business and management decisions were considered and clarified, their main differences and interrelationships were considered, and their main components were analyzed it for making the right decisions and explains that information visualization can help with each of the points. It also reviews scientific articles by other researchers on related topics, such as: Professor Krzysztof Obloy ans Roksolyana Voronovska, with their scientific article "How business pivots during war: Lessons from Ukrainian companies responses to crisis", which considers the war as one of many challenges that have many common features and solutions with previous challenges and will serve as a lesson for new challenges. Professor Donald F. Kuratko in his scientific article "Enacting entrepreneurial hustle" says that a crisis can be a good stimulus for inventions and innovations, which will allow not only to overcome the crisis, but also to benefit in the future. Professor Vincent Bruny-Bossio, in his article "Circle mapping your firm's growth strategy", emphasizes the usefulness of using visualization methods in any period of time and under any economic and political conditions. These researchers point out that war is not a reason to stagnate and give up, but an opportunity for improvement, renewal and creativity, as well as an invaluable lesson that must be structurally analyzed and appropriate conclusions drawn that will help in the future. A list of software products is also described and their main characteristics are briefly described. It also describes the state of enterprises according to the survey conducted by the Kyivstar Business Hub team from the well-known mobile operator Kyivstar, the state of business in 2024. Summing up, the author emphasized that this shows that the economy of Ukraine has not yet been stabilized, and therefore there are risks that must be eliminated.
