IMPROVEMENT OF METHODOLOGICAL PROVISION OF STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IN MEDICAL SERVICES ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of methodological support for the step-by-step implementation of the process of stakeholder relationship management at enterprises in the field of medical services. Considering the fact that the health care industry today is critically important for the reproduction of the country's human resources and potential, the solution to this problem is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to develop a system of methodоlogical support of stakeholder relationship management at enterprises in the field of medical services, taking into account its main stages and conceptual provisions. Achieving the specified goal is ensured by the use of the following research methods: logical generalization - to justify the sequence and content of the stages of stakeholder relationship management process; analysis and synthesis - for the systematization and grouping of methods and methodical approaches in accordance with the stages and conceptual provisions of stakeholder relationship management in the field of medical services; graphic method - for visual presentation of research results. The results of the study are the following: the sequence of stages of the process of stakeholder relationship management in the field of medical services is determined; a set of methods and methodical approaches that can be used at each of the specified stages is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of enterprises in the field of medical services and the main groups of stakeholders with which they interact; a system of methodological support of stakeholder relationship management was formed, taking into account the conceptual provisions and stages of such management. The practical value of the results presented in the article is that the systematic implementation and use of the developed methododological support at healthcare enterprises will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of interaction with stakeholders, optimizing the use of human and material resources of enterprises and developing their intellectual capital.
