IMPLEMENTATION OF WORLD EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING ENTERPRISES OF THE TERRITORIAL AND RECREATIONAL COMPLEX FOR UKRAINE

Abstract

The proposed model of management of the shopping and entertainment complex enterprises includes three subsystems: rating management, strategic management and information and analytical support. The end result is an evaluation of the rating management system that stimulates the development of the retail and entertainment complex enterprises, evaluation of the level of management of the retail and entertainment complex enterprises, making decisions on its improvement and evaluation of the efficiency of management of the retail and entertainment complex enterprises. This model can be used at all levels of management.As we can see, the American model is based on the active participation of small and medium-sized businesses, but with a certain level of advisory management body, while the English model is based on the participation of a marketing board that establishes close relations with the public. The development of tourism enterprises in Poland's CTCs is implemented through an effective state policy and a wide network of hotels, entertainment complexes and other infrastructure resources with a focus on vulnerable groups of the population. France has achieved success in the development of its tourism and recreation industry through effective government support and regional policies for the development of the tourism and recreation industry at the local level, as well as close cooperation between executive bodies, local governments, NGOs and entrepreneurs. The development of the tourism industry in Greece is aimed at overcoming the crisis and employment. The development of the German tourism industry is aimed at creating a high-quality and diverse tourist product - from world-class beach holidays and ski tourism to pilgrimage and ecological tours - and creating additional jobs on this basis. The management system of the Ukrainian tourism and recreation industry is characterised by complexity and diversity, as it is based on the cause-and-effect relationships of the macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels. The system of state regulation is based on value and economic advantages, which form the basis for the institutional framework with appropriate goals, methods, tools and principles that are appropriate in specific situational conditions.
