MANAGEMENT OF LABOR RESOURCES AT THE ENTERPRISE: EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES AND APPROACHES
Abstract
The article analyzes the components of the company's labor resource management system, identifies strategic directions and approaches to their improvement. It has been established that under the management of labor resources it is necessary to understand the activities of the management personnel of the enterprise for the formation and implementation of the personnel policy and the determination of directions and methods of management of labor resources. The article discloses global models of enterprise labor resource management. It has been established that domestic enterprises are inferior to foreign companies in many personnel issues, namely in the context of protecting the rights of employees and compliance with current regulatory and legal regulations in the area of personnel issues. Ways to improve and improve the personnel management system are identified. It has been established that in the modern conditions of the development of IT technologies, domestic enterprises must adapt to modern business conditions and the introduction of new information technologies. The use of neural network technologies allows improving the management of labor resources in various directions, such as: selection of qualified personnel; improvement of the process of calculation of wages of the company's employees; improvement of the staff training process; evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of labor resources; search for directions for career development (Talent Management); increasing the efficiency of the mechanism of corporate culture management.
