ORGANIZATION OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

The article examines the impact of Russian aggression on Ukraine, particularly on logistics system, and highlights the importance of optimizing logistics processes during the wartime period. It is noted that the difficult economic situation caused by the war requires quick adaptation of business and optimization of business processes to ensure stability and efficiency of the logistics system of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main challenges faced by the logistics infrastructure of the country, as well as the impact of these problems on the country's economy is investigated and concrete solutions are proposed to solve many aspects of the logistics system of Ukraine. The authors emphasize that the management of logistics processes at the enterprise aims to satisfy the needs of consumers. For this, it is important to integrate the functions of the supply, production and sales departments, as well as take into account the influence of other aspects of the company's activity, such as marketing, strategic development and foreign economic activity. The article defines the main tasks of managing supply chains at an enterprise in war conditions, including the formation of an optimal supply chain, increasing the accuracy of demand and supply forecasts, organizing measures to reduce risks, and others. Emphasis is placed on the importance of effective inventory management and reducing delivery times. Analyzing the current situation, the authors note that the Russian war led to serious changes in the logistics infrastructure of Ukraine, which requires the search for optimal logistics solutions for freight transportation. They indicate that due to restrictions in sea and rail transport, domestic enterprises were forced to switch to road transport for cargo transportation. The general conclusion of the article is that the optimization of logistics processes during the war period is a national issue for Ukraine and requires an immediate and effective solution. The authors believe that successful risk management and optimization of logistics processes are key to ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in wartime conditions.
