It focuses on the trends and forecasts for the Ukrainian economy, highlighting aspects such as dependency on foreign funding, challenges within the digital sector, infrastructural needs, and reform issues. Particular attention is given to the resilience of the digital sector, which plays a pivotal role in supporting the economy during the war. The article examines the impact of the war on the emigration of skilled workers and its implications for businesses in terms of labor market dynamics. Crucially, the article delves into the importance of strategic management for the recovery and development of Ukraine's industry. In addition to this framework, the article explores the works of notable contemporary leaders in the field of strategic management. The recent studies provide deeper insights into the dynamics of strategic decision-making and competitiveness in turbulent environments. Their theories and methodologies, including resource theory, the theory of core competencies, competitive advantage theory, the theory of dynamic capabilities, value-oriented approaches, and growth-driven innovation, enrich the discussion. By incorporating these diverse perspectives, the article offers practical solutions to the challenges faced by the Ukrainian industry, focusing on adaptation to uncertain market conditions and stimulating enterprise development amidst high levels of uncertainty. The integration of these contemporary scholarly insights into the article's framework serves as a critical bridge between theory and practice, offering valuable guidance for businesses navigating through these complex times. It introduces a ten-step strategic management scheme that incorporates sustainability and social responsibility aspects, emphasizing their significance even in wartime. This scheme is presented as an effective tool for enterprises aimed at minimizing risks and maximizing strengths.
