ANALYSIS OF THE STATE AND FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE
Abstract
Territorial communities in Ukraine are experiencing a period of significant transformations caused not only by internal but also external factors, including economic difficulties, socio-cultural changes, inequalities in development and inefficient use of resources. In particular, social, economic, political and cultural aspects of the development of communities, as well as the impact of decentralization and reform of local self-government are considered. Understanding these issues is key to developing effective development strategies. Decentralization of power, economic difficulties, socio-cultural changes and other factors influence their development. In this regard, it is important to carry out an analysis of the state and identify the features of their development to determine strategies for the further direction of action. In modern conditions, Ukraine is experiencing complex transformations in the sphere of local self-government and the development of territorial communities. The relevance of the study lies in the need to understand the current state and features of their development in order to determine strategies for further development and reform. The study conducted an analysis of the current state and features of development of territorial communities in Ukraine, identified key problems and factors that affect their development. On the basis of the results obtained, recommendations were formulated for further steps towards stable and balanced development. The results of the study can be used as a basis for developing strategies for the development of territorial communities in Ukraine. It is recommended to pay attention to supporting socio-economic development, improving the quality of local services and involving citizens in local self-government processes to ensure sustainable and harmonious development. The article aims to expand the understanding of the current state and features of development of territorial communities in Ukraine and can serve as a basis for further research and strategic decisions in the sphere of local self-government.
