THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ORGANIZATION ATB-MARKET LLC)
Abstract
The article examines the current aspects of the development of domestic business in the conditions of martial law, using the example of the ATB-market LLC organization. Modern approaches and concepts used to assess competitiveness in conditions of instability and conflicts are analyzed. The importance of adaptation of high-tech enterprises to unpredictable conditions and changes in the political and economic environment is revealed. Problems that may arise in martial law conditions, such as difficult access to resources, political and economic instability, legal and financial challenges, are noted. Management strategies and solutions to these problems are analyzed to ensure the stability and competitiveness of the enterprise. The influence of martial law on innovativeness, research activity and infrastructure of the high-tech sector is studied. Possible ways of solving the problems of technological competitiveness in the conditions of military conflict are determined. The study also includes a comparative analysis of the situation in Ukraine, identifying key conclusions and prospects for the development of domestic business in the crisis. It was noted that the adaptation of management strategies, ensuring the stability of financial resources, investing in human resources and improving the legal framework for supporting enterprises in conditions of instability are important aspects. In the light of the emergence of new challenges, such as difficult access to resources and the instability of the economic environment, it is recommended to consider the role of digital technologies and innovations in ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise. The implementation of electronic management systems, optimization of logistics processes and the use of smart technologies can help overcome some of the challenges associated with the complexity of doing business in a military conflict. In-depth analysis of possible risks that arise in the conditions of martial law and the development of specific strategies for their management. This includes not only financial risks, but also personnel and infrastructure security risks. Special attention is paid to management flexibility and quick response to changes in the political and economic environment. This may include revising strategies, reorganizing production processes, and quickly adapting to new conditions. Finding and developing alternative sources of supply of resources and raw materials that may be less dependent on conflict areas or circumstances. Development of effective communication strategies to interact with stakeholders, customers and suppliers in crisis, in order to maintain reputation and trust. Creating conditions for preserving and developing the innovative potential of the enterprise by stimulating scientific research, developing new technologies and promoting innovative ideas of its employees.
