REGULATORY AND LEGAL ENFORCEMENT OF LABOR REPRODUCTION IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of regulatory and legal support for the reproduction of the labor force in agriculture. The ratio of the category «labor» and other related categories is determined. The main task of the scientific article is to find out the impact of regulatory and legal support on the reproduction of the labor force in general and in agriculture in particular. The author offers his own vision of the effect of regulatory and legal support for the reproduction of labor. It is noted that a significant impact on the quality of reproduction of the workforce is exerted by education, the legal regulation of which is represented by the Laws of Ukraine «On Higher Education», «On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity», «On Vocational Education» and so on. It is shown that the specifics of education are not taken into account in the formation of regulatory and legal support. After all, it is well known that the results of the educational process are delayed, as a result of which the initiated educational programs and areas should largely focus on not fully identified long-term needs in the workplace, which is in the process of formation. An analysis of health legislation has shown that it defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations of health care. In addition, in our opinion, we managed to regulate public relations in the field of health care, which in the future will be one of the foundations for harmonious human development, increase efficiency and longevity, minimize the impact of harmful factors and more. The author concludes that the legal framework for the reproduction of labor in the domestic economy covers a wide range of laws that directly or indirectly affect the quantitative and qualitative reproduction. In our opinion, the main unresolved problem today is the declarative nature of certain regulations caused by low financial security of action plans aimed at expanded reproduction of the labor force and its integration into the international labor market. Solving these problems will help intensify the reproductive processes associated with the labor force in agriculture.
