NNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article examines innovative strategies for international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, which are an important condition for maintaining competitiveness in the national and global markets. The processes of globalization and instability require enterprises to use the latest technologies, innovative strategies, and production optimization to achieve competitiveness, especially during the period of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, as the current economic situation in the country is quite tense, which has led to the termination of activity of a large number of companies. This was the impetus for an in-depth analysis of trends in the innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises. The article evaluates the effectiveness of the existing innovation strategies of the largest Ukrainian enterprises, which are leaders in agriculture, engineering, energy and manufacturing, considers the degree of implementation of innovation strategies to achieve international competitive advantages of each of them, identifies the need to form an international innovation strategy to increase competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets, which will not only allow them to adapt to trends and current market conditions, but also to adapt to the current market conditions. The developed recommendations for choosing the optimal innovative strategies for international competitive development in the context of macroeconomic instability will help companies adapt to constant changes in the business environment, maintain competitiveness and optimize business processes in the face of macroeconomic instability and uncertainty. This analysis makes it possible to assert their comprehensive effectiveness both for generating additional profits and for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in both domestic and international markets, as well as for the recovery of the Ukrainian economy in the post-war period. It is also necessary to take into account geopolitical factors and regulatory requirements when choosing innovation strategies, as this is a key condition if an enterprise is aimed at a foreign market.
