INCREASING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE STATE BASED ON INNOVATIVE AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract

The issue of ensuring Ukraine's economic security, especially after February 24, 2022, has become extremely important. Economic security of the state and its high level is the main way to Ukraine's victory in the war and the creation of a new innovative and digital economy. The purpose of the work is to deepen the theoretical foundations, improve methodological provisions and develop practi-cal recommendations for increasing the economic security of Ukraine on the basis of innovative and digital transformations. Mechanisms of increasing economic security based on innovative and digital transformations in the economy are stud-ied in the work. An analysis of the impact of digital technologies and innovations on the stability of economic systems and the development of enterprises was car-ried out. The work is aimed at determining the key factors that contribute to en-suring economic security through technological changes. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine, the processes of the need to ensure competitiveness and economic security intensified. Innovations, which generate the introduction of the latest technologies, which in turn create conditions for in-creasing profits, the ability to outpace other countries in terms of economic de-velopment, and ensure economic independence, are the essential method of ensur-ing economic security. The function of the state is to ensure economic security, which consists in the formation of a positive business climate, creating conditions for the successful operation of Ukrainian enterprises. The conducted research made it possible to form the main provisions and conclusions regarding the eco-nomic security of Ukraine based on the application of innovative and digital technologies: 1) economic security in Ukraine as of 2024 is characterized by its instability to external factors and situations of deterioration of economic devel-opment, which are accompanied by progressive inflation and deterioration of the population's life; 2) the existing mechanism for ensuring Ukraine's economic se-curity does not involve war. It requires the development of a new strategy for en-suring the economic security of the state in the conditions of war and post-war recovery; 3) state support for innovative forms of business and support for in-vestors is needed, creating conditions for attracting capital to the economy of Ukraine; 4) there is the expediency of adopting Israel's experience regarding the strategy of forming and ensuring economic security, which is based on the devel-opment of innovative technologies in various areas of activity, including military production; 5) innovativeness - increases competitiveness, increases economic development of the country and ensures economic security.
