Abstract

Digitization has spurred the creation of novel products, platforms, and services, fostering an increased demand for labor migrants seeking access to a broader spectrum of information sources, educational materials, and online services. Furthermore, digitization presents nations with opportunities to attract top-tier talent from overseas, implement e-government portals, and educate citizens to ensure they possess the requisite digital skills needed to harness the ongoing digital revolution, acknowledging the competencies and qualifications of individuals from third countries. Migration is a complex phenomenon that accompanies society. Since migration has a great influence on the economy, culture, politics and other aspects of social life, in the modern world it has become one of its most important components. Thanks to the development of technology and access to information, digitalization has changed migration processes, giving them new opportunities and challenges. Digital technologies play a key role in facilitating communication, access to information and services for migrants. Modern means of communication, such as messengers and social networks, not only help to keep in touch with loved ones, but also allow migrants to get useful information about their new place of residence. This article focuses on the trends in the introduction of digital products and services that facilitate labor migration and facilitate the inclusion of migrants in the host country's society. It delineates the benefits of transitioning to online services within the public sector and during the transfer of remittances to the country of origin. Additionally, the article sheds light on the challenges confronted by migrants in adopting contemporary technologies and deliberates on existing measures and further recommendations for utilizing digital technologies and online services to facilitate the adjustment and assimilation of migrants into host countries. The proficient implementation of digital products has the potential to augment the efficiency of the public sector, hasten economic processes, and curtail the time spent by employees on bureaucratic procedures.
