ATTRIBUTABLE FEATURES OF THE EU DIGITAL MARKET

Abstract

In its essence, the trends of sustainable transformation, or rather, the superstructure of traditional market dynamics, have led not only to the obvious advantages of the intensification of economic ties and their profitability, but also to difficulties connected primarily with the comprehensive and disordered nature of the "new". economy". The article examines the attributive features of EU digital diplomacy in the context of their impact on the global economy. The positive dynamics and potential problems of the "digital divide" are considered, adaptation to which will require research into a much broader context of understanding the current post-industrial era.The author outlines the main advantages of digitalization of traditional economic relations and their profitability, as well as difficulties associated, first of all, with the comprehensiveness and irregularity of the "new economy". The main problems of digitalization of e-commerce are illustrated. The key strategies for the formation and regulation of the digital market within the framework of the broader concept of social and economic development of the EU, which have become key elements for the adaptation of the Community to the so-called digital decade, are transparently considered. The share of involvement in the functioning of the digital market was noted and the constant growth of the role of information technologies in the life of societies was demonstrated. The author also shows the growth of interdependence, openness and inclusiveness of economic relations as a result of the era of new technologies. The author identifies trends and features, changing challenges and adaptation strategies that require a deep understanding of the problem. The relevance of the era of digitalization is studied, the role of the main geopolitical players in the process of streamlining the "rules of the game" for the new economic tradition is determined. It is concluded that the so-called "modern economy" is relatively conducive to inclusiveness and innovation, but this does not mean that it does not change - or even distort - the usual structure of economic relations.
