INSTITUTIONAL DOMINANCE OF ADAPTATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The development of digitization processes has actualized the problem of inadequacy of the provisions of classical theories of rational behavior of economic subjects to real economic processes. Currently, the attention of specialists is focused on the study of the reflexive and active environment of entrepreneurship as a set of conditions and external factors that affect the possibilities and final results of the activities of the subjects of market relations and allow the realization of the corresponding goals and functions, taking into account psychological characteristics and acquired competencies. The purpose of the work is to study the main dominant factor in the adaptation of business process management to the conditions of the development of the information society of the economy, which is the institutional component of the reflexive and active environment of entrepreneurship. The work uses general scientific methods of research, in particular, theoretical - systemic, generalization, classification and explanation. The constituent parts of the reflexive and active environment of entrepreneurship are determined: information and communication; institutional; tools of the digital economy, which are classified by both functions and technologies. The steps of the Government regarding the transformation of the institutional component to the conditions of development of the information society of the economy of Ukraine have been studied. It was revealed that the main tasks of the approved plan for the digitalization of business processes of enterprises have not been fulfilled, namely: development of "road maps" of digital transformations and models of digital development of basic and promising industries of Ukraine, industrial and production digital platforms; development and modernization of industry and production based on Industry 4.0 technologies. The probability of progression of the country's technological backwardness is substantiated. Recommendations have been developed for improving the institutional component of the reflexive and active environment of entrepreneurship for the purpose of digital transformation and adaptation of business process management of domestic entrepreneurial structures. This direction of research opens up new prospects for the development of theoretical and empirical studies of the digital economy and entrepreneurship, in particular, in the field of business development management in the conditions of the development of the information society.
