RESOURCE CONSERVATION MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE ON THE BASIS OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Abstract
The article examines one of the most priority directions of the operation of a modern enterprise - activity in the direction of resource-saving production. In the current conditions, resource conservation is considered to be such a method of management, under which the rational use of all resources of the enterprise is necessarily accompanied by the introduction of resource-saving technologies and the adoption of effective management decisions regarding them. Factors influencing the resource-saving development management system of the enterprise were studied: factors of external influence and factors of internal influence. An analysis of the main functions of resource conservation management at the enterprise was carried out. In general, it is appropriate to consider resource conservation management as a process of constant interrelationship of three components, the most important of which are ecology, quality management, and transportation and storage of finished products. To determine the effectiveness of resource conservation management, it is necessary to constantly evaluate and control the process. The effect of resource conservation, which consists in improving the conditions of activity, increasing its income and improving the quality of products, is singled out for each of the considered business entities: enterprises, employees, consumers, partners. Enterprise resource conservation management is interconnected with the process of social responsibility management. Enterprises must understand the responsibility for the prudent use of their own resources and conduct activities in compliance with the principles and programs supporting resource conservation, energy conservation and environmental management. The directions of spreading the social responsibility of the enterprise are separated from the basis, in particular: observance of human rights; compliance with legal requirements; cooperation with interested parties; protection of the natural environment; business and corporate ethics; transparency and accountability; observance of international norms of conduct.
