INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE HR MANAGEMENT OF IT COMPANIES

Abstract

The rapid evolution of the IT industry over the last two decades has spawned numerous organizations dedicated to producing a range of IT products, including hardware, storage media, telecommunications equipment and networks, textual and graphical data, software, standards, interconnection protocols, and agreements. These companies have not only flourished in terms of profitability and capitalization but have also brought about transformative shifts in production techniques and established business models. In this context, human resources (HR) management in IT firms plays a pivotal role in ensuring a high level of innovation and uniqueness, as people remain the paramount resource of this industry. This article's primary objective is to provide an overview of the global experiences concerning the use of digital tools in IT industry HR management. It categorizes innovative methods and technologies that can predict staffing needs, automate HR processes, and boost productivity via cloud technology. Additionally, it delves into the potential of artificial intelligence, chatbots, blockchain, digital learning, virtual, and augmented reality in optimizing HR practices. Extensive review of scientific papers has allowed us to distill the essential elements of HR management tailored for IT companies. The global adoption of digital HR technologies is widespread, offering not only a competitive edge but also fostering a conducive work environment for employees. For Ukrainian enterprises, considering these innovative approaches is pertinent. Artificial intelligence can predict staffing requirements and streamline HR operations, while chatbots simplify internal communication. CloudERP technology enhances data accessibility and aids in planning, personnel accounting, and payroll management. The implementation of blockchain technology offers secure access to reports on employees' skills, training, and performance, with added benefits of cyber threat prevention and process automation. The integration of digital learning platforms for online training grants employee’s flexibility in their professional development, allowing them to learn at their own pace. Virtual and augmented reality technologies can revolutionize staff training by providing immersive and interactive learning experiences. By employing general scientific research methods such as analysis, synthesis, classification, and generalization, we have identified the primary digital technologies that can effectively enhance personnel management within domestic IT companies.
