Abstract

The article examines the importance of IT technologies in international business, how exactly they simplify and accelerate processes that occur every day and every minute. The processes and stages at which technologies play an important role are analyzed and systematized. The international experience of setting up and developing IT technologies and their use in the absolute majority of areas and departments has been studied. It is also considered how technologies have revolutionized the lives of both consumers and companies. Increasing the variety of products on the shelves, lowering the cost of goods and services, and making information easier to access are just a few of the way’s technology has improved society. The sphere of international business is particularly sensitive to technological innovations. Information and digital technologies are rapidly changing the face of international business activities, and a digital economy that applies Internet-based digital technologies to the production and trade of goods and services is becoming an increasingly important part of the global economy. The rapid development of information and communication technology has set off a "digital revolution" all over the world, which is widely and profoundly affecting all social and economic fields. Technology is constantly evolving, and the situation in international business will never remain the same for long. At the market level, digitization is affecting competition by promoting "blurring of market boundaries", the rise of new industries and the emergence of business ecosystems. New technologies such as IoT, big data fusion and artificial intelligence can enhance automation and data analysis capabilities and reshape traditional business models. These new trends, along with the rise of new "giant companies" that dominate the industry, prompt us to change our understanding. At the internal enterprise level, digitalization has a profound impact on information processing, knowledge transfer and resource sharing, prompting enterprises to reconfigure resources and capabilities, and design new organizational processes and structures.
