Abstract

The urgency of personnel management system improving problem is due to the market infrastructure development, changes in the nature of the work and the composition of labor. However, the lack of country’s economy domestic development potential, the lack of conditions and incentives for the human capital development make it necessary again and again to address the problems of the personnel management system research. The study of the scientific literature has led to the conclusion that human resource management in the context of efficiency should be viewed as a continuous process aimed at attracting highly skilled workers to accumulate and use human capital. Today we need new approaches to the organization of work with the enterprise personnel, the use of which would help to quickly respond to changes in the internal and external environment. The purpose of this article is to determine the methodological issues of improving the enterprise financial sustainability by improving work with the staff, the formation of activities an appropriate program. In a modern economy, the sustainability of an enterprise is a determining factor in the stability of its activities results and directly affects the growth of the enterprise efficiency as a whole. The main problem is often a drop in sales, which leads to a decrease in the values of financial indicators, reflecting the enterprise stability to a level below the standard. The study presented an exemplary program of measures to improve financial sustainability by improving work with personnel, which includes the development of training and advanced training, the development of adaptation and mentoring programs, and the improvement of non-financial incentives system. The theoretical aspects study of the financial sustainability study has shown that financial sustainability is the main component of enterprise financial condition and must necessarily correspond to the state of its financial resources, which meets market requirements and ensures the development of an enterprise based on profit growth and rationalization of the capital structure while maintaining solvency in risk level.
