INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS FOR ASSESSING THE PERFORMANCE OF MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CREATIVE POTENTIAL
Abstract
The presented article is devoted to a thorough examination of key aspects of assessing managerial personnel, with a focus on stimulating the development of enterprise's creative potential. The article explores important aspects of evaluating the performance and development of organizational managerial personnel. Increasing competition, the development of information technologies, and rapid changes in market conditions highlight the relevance of research in this direction. The success of managerial personnel assessment is determined by its alignment with the organization's strategic goals, as well as competitiveness and the ability to innovate. These issues are considered from the standpoint of developing managers' creative potential and their ability to generate innovative solutions in the context of digital transformation. The article particularly emphasizes the role of organizational environment monitoring in the process of evaluating and managing creative potential. This is a crucial aspect that helps ensure the objectivity and structure of assessment and analysis of the performance of managerial personnel. The most common methods of assessing managerial performance are analyzed, and it is determined that their combination, taking into account the specific characteristics of the organization, provides a more objective and accurate assessment. A methodological framework is proposed for selecting methods and innovative technologies for evaluating the performance of managerial personnel in the development of organizational and personnel creative potential. It is argued that the process of selecting assessment methods is unique, requiring in-depth analysis and a thoughtful approach considering the organization's internal environment, business model, size, strategic goals, and other influencing factors. Regular assessment of the performance of organizational managerial personnel helps identify potential for creative development, create individual development plans, and align the management team with the needs of the enterprise. This contributes to the growth of efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness of the enterprise.
