ASSESSMENT OF THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE ENTERPRISE UNDER THE UNSTABLE ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THE COUNTRY

Abstract

The article analyzes the personnel management system at enterprises under conditions of an unstable economic situation in the country, substantiates the importance of improving work with employees to reduce the level of anxiety and increase stress resistance. Changes in labor legislation in Ukraine during the war were studied. In Ukraine, labor legislation has undergone significant changes in the conditions of war, and therefore the effectiveness of personnel management must correspond not only to the circumstances that occur during martial law, but also to the current requirements of the law. Martial law leads to extraordinary circumstances that can affect the work of enterprises. Restrictions on movement and transport can make it difficult to deliver goods and services, which leads to a decrease in demand for them. A detailed characterization of the structuring of the goals of the personnel management system by levels was carried out, and the priority issues of labor resources management were described. An assessment of the effectiveness of personnel management was carried out, and it was established that the company does not fully use the available potential of workers and employees of the management apparatus. New business conditions, dynamism and uncertainty of external circumstances, increasing the educational level of personnel, changes in employee motivation require the use of modern personnel management technologies. In the conditions of an unstable economic situation in the country, enterprises should learn to be mobile, quickly adapt to instability, take care of preserving valuable employees, increasing or maintaining the existing level of labor productivity, and reducing staff anxiety. Proposals have been developed to increase the labor productivity of personnel in the conditions of an unstable economic situation in the country by improving the system of motivation, training and improving the professional training of employees, activating their creative activity, which allows to increase the level of efficiency of the enterprise's functioning, to create a basis for future development.
