BEHAVIORAL TOOLS FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE WORKFORCE IN THE LABOR MARKET
Abstract
The article offers a set of tools of state influence on increasing the competitiveness of the workforce in the labor market, systematized according to the following directions: political-legal, demographic, social, resource, market-industry, financial-economic, technical-technological, managerial and behavioral. The proposed tools reflect various aspects of state influence on increasing the competitiveness of the workforce in the labor market and can be used in combination to achieve better results, as well as to create a comprehensive strategy for increasing the competitiveness of the workforce in the labor market. Depending on specific conditions and needs, you can choose those tools that will most effectively contribute to the achievement of the set goals. Behavioral tools for increasing the competitiveness of the workforce in the labor market are singled out, divided into the following groups: progressive, modifying, regulatory, correlative, stabilizing, and adaptive. Progressive tools aim to create new, innovative workforce behaviors, while modification tools change existing behaviors. Regulatory tools establish rules and norms of behavior, and correlative tools form models that take into account changes in the economy. Stabilizing tools support the stability of behavior, and adaptive tools facilitate the adaptation of the workforce to changes in the labor market. These tools are used to encourage the workforce to become more competitive by adjusting, adapting and adapting to changes in the labor market. Behavioral tools are proven to adjust and improve workforce behavior to achieve better results. The use of such tools will contribute to the formation, development and reproduction of the workforce, which will positively affect the economic development of the country and increase its competitiveness. It was concluded that the state policy of increasing the competitiveness of the workforce in the labor market should include the entire range of methods and tools used by state authorities at various levels to achieve the state of effective employment and ensure the effective functioning of the labor market.
