THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF AN ENTERPRISE IN CONDITIONS OF MACROECONOMIC INSTABILITY
Abstract
The article defines the key theoretical and methodological aspects within the characteristics of the enterprise's financial security system. In conditions of macroeconomic instability, there is a need to adapt and improve financial diagnostics in connection with the dynamic development of the company's financial security system, a high degree of uncertainty, the risks of business operations and the complex conditions of the functioning of economic entities. A theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the financial security of an enterprise in conditions of macroeconomic instability is proposed. When developing a theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the financial security of an enterprise in conditions of macroeconomic instability, it is important to take into account the methodological principles of diagnosis and the creation of a research mechanism, which must be related to the real environment of the enterprise's functioning and integrated into the general financial security management system. It was determined that tasks are solved within the information block prepare the basis for the implementation of the next block – financial diagnostics. It is emphasized that within the framework of the block of financial diagnostics, it is recommended to carry out a study in two key directions, which are a priority in a situation of macroeconomic instability – establishing the degree of crisis state of the investigated enterprise and determining the current level of financial security of the enterprise. It is argued that the implementation of the management block of the proposed theoretical and methodological approach allows turning the results of financial diagnostics into practical measures for managing the financial security of the enterprise. Assessment and management of the financial security of the enterprise in conditions of macroeconomic instability includes the selection of the most effective strategies and tactics depending on the specific situation and needs of the enterprise. The choice of specific financial security strategies depends on the specifics of the enterprise, its field of activity, risks and tasks, therefore, each enterprise must develop an individual financial security strategy in view of its needs and capabilities.
